IBM Corporate Service Corps - A life-changing opportunity!

IBM is an amazing company to work at, we have the opportunity to explore different technologies, get to know and work with cross-generation and high-performer professionals, experience the diversity in the most respectful environment I have ever seen but when you join IBM one of most respected and desired opportunities "IBMers" - as we call ourselves - available is to have a volunteering experience in a different country and culture than yours:

I have more than 10 years of experience in IBM and I confess I applied myself 2 other years before been accepted this year and I am very honored for been so! This opportunity is very competitive inside IBM and a board of specialists evaluate the submissions very carefully and only a few (12-15%) are selected based on a number of criterias.

My assignment is to CSC India 38 group and we're going to Gurgaon / Gurugram - India! We are currently working on the pre-work to get to know the group we will join, know more about the culture/place we will be in as well as the volunteering project we will be responsible for. Our assignment in-local will be from March 2nd - March 30th, 2018 and I can't control my anxiety!
